This is my uncle and my dad. They are 7 years apart but worked in the same industry as my grandfather for almost 40 years. My uncle lives in our house while we are in Houston and is the best "tenant" I could ask for! He grew up in the house and owned it for 17 years before we begged to take it off their hands. He and my dad are a fantastic resource on the history of the house as well as a sounding board for the changes I am making!
