In 2016 we renovated the galley kitchen. It was a much larger project than I realized because the main house had had so many additions in the 50s and 60s, the floor was uneven and the plumbing was ancient. We knocked down a wall and added sliding doors to the terrace which has made such a difference. Everything is light and bright now!
